Our Process: The Mastery Journey

Step 1: Deep Dive Day (On-Site Assessment)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive, in-practice assessment by Tower’s operational consulting team. We review leadership, team performance, scheduling, case acceptance, revenue cycle management, hygiene production, dental assisting, workflows, billing, recruitment, and more. You receive a custom action plan that functions like a treatment plan for your business, along with a projected ROI analysis that shows the upside of each prioritized improvement.

Step 2: Advisory Strategic Planning Session (At Tower Headquarters)
You, the owner, meet in person with Tower’s financial, tax, and advisory team. We analyze your financials and tax returns, define your goals for clinical reduction and expansion, design associate compensation and partnership models, and build a 12-month strategic roadmap that aligns growth, capital, and leadership.

Step 3: Virtual Strategic Operations Planning Session
We conduct a deep working session to architect your operating model for scale. This includes SOP framework and documentation plan, org structure and role clarity, leadership cadence, centralized functions such as billing and recruiting, cross-location KPIs and scorecards, and decision rights for owners, executives, and site leaders.

Step 4: Business Acumen Acceleration
You and a key leader attend four live events across the year. These sessions build executive thinking, communication, and decision making so your team can run multi-location operations without relying on you.

Step 5: On-Site Consulting Session
Our consulting team returns to your practices to verify installation, coach leaders, pressure test SOPs, and remove friction across locations. We ensure the systems hold under real growth pressure.

Step 6: Tower Intensives
Choose four focused Intensives with two seats per Intensive. Popular Mastery tracks include executive leadership, associate profitability, advanced productive scheduling, centralized RCM, multi-site operations, acquisitions readiness, and culture by design.

Step 7: Monthly Support
Your Tower Pod provides ongoing accountability and guidance. We track metrics, review milestones, troubleshoot obstacles, and keep the plan moving so momentum never stalls.
