Matthew Maffei - Director of Business Development & Marketing
Matthew has been in the business vertical for all of his professional career. Before working with Tower Leadership, he worked for multiple Fortune 500 Companies. Tower Leadership’s CEO, Eric J. Morin, approached him and offered him the opportunity to run the business development and marketing functions of Tower Leadership. In addition to his primary duties as a Director, he also co-hosts Tower Leadership’s Dental Wealth Podcast and presents at various Tower Leadership Seminars. Over the last several years, Matthew has spoken with over a thousand practices about what their struggles, successes, and needs are as an organization. From there, he guides how Tower Leadership can best help them. Matthew is the primary contact who determines if a practice is the right fit for Tower leadership and, ultimately, if Tower Leadership is the right fit for you.
Melissa Williamson - Director of CFO & Accounting Services
Melissa Williamson is the Director of CFO and Accounting Services. Melissa holds a Master's in Accountancy and is a licensed CPA with a background in external financial audit and corporate financial planning and analysis. At Tower Leadership, she provides our clients with monthly reports that include financial statements with an analysis of performance based on key metrics. These reports provide our clients with the financial clarity they need while working with our advisors to grow their businesses. Melissa enjoys utilizing her expertise to educate her clients and her team so that they can meet their financial goals. As a result, Melissa’s clients on average see their businesses grow by 20-30% yearly, which provides them with the resources they need to pay off debt, scale their practice, and continue to gain financial freedom.
Jordan Blackmon - Senior Lead Capital Investment Advisor
Jordan Blackmon is one of our top Advisors at Tower Leadership. He has worked with hundreds of doctors around the nation to help grow and scale their businesses. Along with an academic background in business, he has a professional history in sales, marketing, and business management. The first three years Jordan was with Tower Leadership, he shadowed and worked alongside Eric J. Morin in the consulting/advisory vertical. It is this previous experience, along with Tower’s guidance, that allows for maximum results for clients.
