Our Process: The Momentum Journey

Step 1: Deep Dive Day (On-Site Assessment)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive, in-practice assessment by Tower’s operational consulting team. We spend a full day with you, reviewing every aspect of your practice including leadership, team performance, scheduling, case acceptance, revenue cycle management, hygiene production, dental assisting, workflows, billing, recruitment, and more. Our team observes, interviews, and audits your operational systems to get a clear picture of your current reality.

After your Deep Dive, you receive a detailed, custom-built action plan, a true “treatment plan” for your business. This document outlines exactly what is working, what is holding you back, and what must change to achieve your goals. We include a projected ROI analysis, showing you the impact of fixing key areas so you can see the financial upside of every recommended improvement.

Step 2: Strategic Planning Session (At Tower Headquarters)
Next, you travel to Tower Headquarters for a strategy session focused on your future. You, the owner, meet face-to-face with our financial, tax, and advisory team. Together, we analyze your financials and tax returns, clarify your vision, and create a 12-month roadmap that aligns your business plan with your life goals. This session is intensive, collaborative, and sets a clear course of action for you and your practice.

Step 3: Business Acumen Acceleration
You and a key team member attend two live business growth events designed to help you think like a true owner. You’ll learn advanced leadership, communication, and business strategy, giving you the frameworks and tools to lead your practice with confidence.

Step 4: Targeted Tower Intensives
Throughout your Momentum journey, you access Tower Intensives—deep-dive trainings focused on the practice areas you need to master. Whether it’s operations, scheduling, collections, case acceptance, leadership, or communication, each Intensive is engineered to create real, measurable progress.

Step 5: Monthly Pod Support
